our bedsheet is a sleeping bag
our utensil holder is a recycled plastic bottle (with holes in the bottom to drain!)
our blankets were filched off the plane
our chopsticks are from the eateries downstairs
our forks and knives are from starbucks
our soap/(my)toothbrush/comb is from the hotel my siblings stayed in
our scissors is 'borrowed' from the office
and our knife is kept in the fridge
and last night we singed the corner off our bathroom door.
apart from the toilet light, we have 4 bulbs to warm the bathroom in cold weather. the warmers were left on and the door was left ajar right under the bulbs and apparently the heat was so strong that the corner started smouldering! thank goodness there was no fire and that we didn't burn the house down!
