I was just wishing for a café to sit in and chill, read my book, go online.
And last night we found one.
It just appeared in front of us while we were out walking, looking to buy pots and pans.
It was perfect!
Just round the corner from our house, in a nice quiet road, with free wireless!
Along the way we also found several nice food places, and picked up their menus so we could order takeaway from home
N then we bought our dinner home and sat in our room eating rice with chopsticks from a cheap Styrofoam box and feeling very Chinese indeed.
Pam and I ate and hung clothes and bathed and felt domesticated while the other 2 ‘little kiddies’ were glued to their laptops watching dvds
I love walking around our neighbourhood. So many hidden gems just waiting to be discovered
