Groomed him for his big day, packed his bag with all his essentials (water + treats) and ferried him down for... his photoshoot!!
He was a bit early so he had time to grab some breakfast and gel his hair down while he waited for two lesser beings to make themselves presentable. Meanwhile, I tried to speed read through two sets of readings cos i had to submit something by 3.30 and also had a proj mtg to prep for so there i was scan scan scanning the pages when suddenly... the lights went off! SHOWTIME.
Didn't get any photos of him in the actual photoshoot cos i couldn't take while the official photog was clicking away. Photos will be out in about 2 weeks.
But to satisfy all Nasi's eager fans, I made him go through an extra photoshoot at the back of the studio afterwards.

And you know... today as i looked around me i began to think.. singapore's really not such a bad place.
the area around the photo studio was nice...
cuting short my project meeting to go meet people at the long bar in raffles hotel was nice...
having dinner at boat quay along the singapore river was nice too!
(but then my camera battery died so i just have this sad pic of a stretch of boat quay while all the nice pics of our wonderful french dinner are with J.)
the benefit of having 6 ppl at dinner was that we got to try all the entrees that we wanted, most of the main courses, and all the desserts!
very stuffed and satisfied. sleep time.
