That 5 mins or so just before ERP ends.

Those magical 5 mins or so see a phenomenon where all the cars on the CTE heading north suddenly slow down... because typical Singaporeans like my dad think "only 3 more minutes! there's no way i'm going to pay 50c!"

Magical.

In a bid to move as slowly as possible, my dad even invited the taxi in the next lane to cut in like taxis always want to... but no the taxi stubbornly stuck to his lane because it was moving more slowly than ours.
