not kiasu but quite enthu

i think singaporeans are changing!
i was down at the arts fest events the last two weekends and the garden fest yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the crowds that were there!
i thought singaporeans didn't bother with such events... just like how most smu events end up bereft of students.
