Well in that Longest Wedding Video... i was so preoccupied with thinking about how cute i was in all the childhood photos that it took me a while to realise some extra things...
1. If their story is true, I was already a matchmaker at the age of 1! see.. it's MY first birthday party and I'M in the center between the two of them! I demand an extra ang bao!
2. My cake's in the shape of a rabbit! (see even then we bonded over bunnies!)
and after some sleuthing, i deduced that Joy was more likely thinking this...
because my brother's hand was stretching towards the cake.
look, at my brother's birthday party the week before, Joy had been glaring at me for stretching out my little less-than-1-yr-old hand towards the cake! probably for the same reason.
why is she so mean! :(
(but on another note, the two of them are standing together! hee hee hee.)

so your sis-in-law was a childhood friend? that's quite cool. what's the exact relationship?
her mum was our mum's good friend and at one point they were our neighbours! then they migrated and went far far away. heh
