not only does my DAD now have facebook

but i have also discovered that for some bizarre reason, he is 'facebook-friends' with my ex-vice-principal!!!

and i can't even exclaim about it on my fb-status anymore because both of them are on fb! (hence this alternative outlet. altho i'm not 'fb-friends' with them yet but still...)

and all this was discovered while whining to my brother that i can't believe our father's trying to be funky and getting a facebook account AND wants to be friends with us (keeping the door to our room closed no longer establishes privacy!)... to which my brother replied (with surprise) that my dad actually -does- have a lot of friends on facebook... his OWN friends. not just church youths (haha)

the other day, after seeing my huge black hoop ear rings, my dad randomly commented that they would look very nice if I had little birds sitting on them.

which is true. where do i find little birds?
