it's sooooo strange but while i've been in malaysia i actually thought it was quite sad that i didn't have christian colleagues at work that i was close to and then first i found out that D was a Christian... (Catholic)....

then some time later, I found out that C was one too (!!!!!)

and then finally.... yesterday, 10 days before leaving, I discovered that B was a christian tooooooooooo!!!!!!

i dunno but that makes me happy. does that explain why we clicked? not sure... but it's just amazing anyway.

when i found out yesterday i was so surprised i almost fell off my chair at secret recipe where we were having tea and cakes. (sorry la, but most of the time she really seems not very christiany, and it wasn't just the superficial, behavioural things, i also thought so cos of some buddhist/taoist reference that came up at some pt)

i guess you're going to wonder how i can hang out with them all the time and yet take so long to find out. i think it's because most of the time when we're together we're too busy fighting over the food and stuffing our faces to ask polite questions like "so do you have any religious affiliations??"

yeah so it was kinda nice that on thurs when i was super stressed out over my presentation, C actually reminded me to pray (i hadn't forgotten, but it was nice to hear it at work from my colleague as well). and B, who seldom initiates anything cos she's always so busy, actually took me out for tea cos she knew i'd been too worked up to eat the past few days and we ended up spending TWO hrs out there and made the final, amazing discovery.... haha
